10. Club 33, Disneyland, CA, USA.

It may not be under governmental control, but as these things go it might be just as hard to get through the door. Located in the New Orleans Square part of the park is a club for exclusive member VIPs.

Some have waited their entire lives for access…and never been granted it.

There’s no real point to even joining besides saying that you’re a member. The club costs $10,000 a year with a $25,000 initial fee to join and you get pretty much nothing for joining. What has this world come to?!

9. Vatican Secret Archive, Vatican City.

Those who want to enter this library for research purposes must undergo an extraordinarily rigorous procedure to gain access. But if you’re there for something published before 1939, you can forget it. Those are off limits.
