This is the principle that is so connected to Meditation, in fact, it is the basis of meditation… The most exciting thing about it though, is that you can do it anywhere.
The breath is the physiological sign post of whether your are in a state of anxiety and panic or in a state of relaxed excitement.
This single shift in breath and body awareness alone has proven over time to make a tremendous difference in the lives of both Ray, myself, and the lives of the many people we’ve worked with.

Panic to Freedom is something of a side project that I’ve been working on in the past few weeks with some really wonderful friends i’ve met along my journey. The Project itself is about mental and conscious freedom through awareness of yourself, and it is an online program created for guiding you out of the space of panic, and into freedom. If this is something you struggle with or are “affected by”, I highly recommend checking out this project. It is something new, something magic, and I feel really strongly here that this project truly can take you from Anxiety to Inner Peace.
