Your Journey is your own. You have to understand that nobody is in the same position that you are, although everyone has their own path which can be similar in many ways. What is the heart? Is it more than just a pump for blood? Or could the truth about its power be related to the essence of your entire being, and have a field of energy so great that it can transform not just your own being into that of light, love and happiness, but even those around you.

There are two sides of the coin when talking about the heart. The male, and the female. The heart is the place where both of them come together. The male side is intellectual. It’s the mental knowing of what the heart is, how it works, and what it means mentally. The female side is the feeling, the living it, the emotional way of connecting with others through the space in the heart.
On the intellectual side ~ As science looks more and more at the human body with greater technology, we have begun to come full circle in understanding what the ancients knew about the heart, the brain, and divine consciousness. This video above actually serves to discuss all of those ideas, so I don’t think I need to write it down for you again ;)
On the female side of the equation… What exactly does it look like to come from your heart?What actions would it physically manifest as?What can you do that demonstrates just how loved someone truly is?
For me, I’ve found it to be the case that when you listen, look, and focus on what’s going on, you can find out most importantly what someone needs, and then you can be that for them. Sometimes that means being nurturing, consoling. Sometimes that means encouraging, or inviting. I’m sure it almost always means being purposefully inclusive, and recognizing what you’re real intent is.
I think there’s a lot more that goes into “acting” from the heart than we think. As described in the Spirit Science video, there is a lot of research that is going into breathing and the hearts effect on the mind and the body. This is all super important, but it doesn’t cover what that looks like in communicating with someone, or dealing with stress and anxiety, or trying something new for the first time.

Hey Everyone! Patchman here! I’m writing this on our 9 hour road trip to Boulder, Colorado. (I’m posting this like a week and a half later from writing this…for some reason. My apologize, just go with the flow!) Were stopping at a walgreens because our FM transmitter broke and we like having music on our incredibly long drives between towns :P

Right on! Music is a go and we are back on the road! 5 more hours to Boulder! We also are so stocked up on crystals that its not even funny, we are so protected ;) haha! Tucson was awesome. Did i mention that we picked up a 15 kilo bag of Rose Quartz? It was so cheap! We’ve been giving them away to everyone that we’ve met on our quest across the states. It’s been absolutely amazing. The crystal movement is ROCKIN!
So where have we been so far? Well, if you’ve been following the videos, we started in LA and went to Tucson, then to Flagstaff, Sedona, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, Ogden, Park City, and now were on the road to Boulder. Our map looks like this. (It’s kinda cut off but i’m just speeding through this blog right now… just go with it :P We’ll do a larger map soon!)
Our history is not what we think! Over the past few thousand years, we have warped our own history. Our versions of the past has been mistranslated, changed, altered, and skewed to fit our understanding of reality, and completely left our many things that we cannot explain. Today, we are going to look at an alternate version of our history, a version that was recorded across many ancient tablets and artifacts throughout time, which have only recently been uncovered. This story may be a little cosmic, it may not even be true, but you will have to decide that for yourself.
