The Parable of the 84th problem

This weeks parable expands on what we have discussed in the previous parables. The problems in your life change when your perception of them changes, and this parable is about perceiving your problems as a whole, and shifting your understanding about your place in life. Shifting to what? you may ask… to whatever you want, but preferably, much more awesome!

  1. The 84th problem. I was excited by the number, had something magical in it, but the parabel is even better! Of course this is the only “problem” as such. To solve this, accumulate it and obtain it for your perspective is very benefitial!

I’m very keen on these right-brain part of Spirit Science. One may think that they are too short (which was my first impression) but this way it stays simple and plane but deep and adventurous, as well. :)

  2. I’m having a hard time coming to terms with this parable. I have lived a very blessed life plagued by very few problems (for instance, I have never had a close family member die) so I feel obsessed with fixing problems that other people face and problems of the world. If no one tried to fix these problems, I feel that they are only going to get worse. Am I wrong for feeling this way? Please I need some guidance.

    1. i have felt this way before. I too have never had to experience any great rending loss in my life, and I am extremely grateful for that.

But do not feel guilty for it.

Other people must solve their own problems, and if you focus your energy on them more than is natural for you to do so in the moment, those people will learn the victim savior complex, which is unbalanced. They will learn to expect salvation, you will learn to thrive off of the good feeling you get for helping people.

dont feel responsible to go out of your way to help. Just realize that you are an amazing loving giving person that can give an infinite amount of love and that beings who need that will be attracted to it through law of magnetic attraction. help these people and continue on your way..
if you were the traveler would you have stayed at the crossing, spending your precious life energy and infinitely valuable time WAITING for another person to come across just so they did not have to build a raft of their own and they can cross easily?

sure thats nice of you, but if you did that your whole life you might find yourself growing weary of not ever taking care of yourself and doing the things YOU want to do. then you start to grow frustrated as more people come to your river crossing because they know it is easy, and you feel victimized and start lashing out, which creates consequences which if you do not take heed of eventually will grow more sever until it is a rending loss on your part. life does this to try and get your attention I feel.

don’t dwell! let other people build their own rafts, and teach them to do so! so then they may teach others.

  3. This one really relates to my life, but it’s just too funny – I couldn’t help but burst into laughter.
