Some might question how exactly this is “Spirit Science”… So before I go any further, I’ll explain. “In the simplest sense, I wish to change the world. Revolution of light and colour, healing, transformation, spirit cities, people working together – global realization of Christ Consciousness.” – Jordan
I once asked Jordan what his original intent was when he began his spiritual journey and that is what he said. Now that we’ve gotten that out of the way, lets move forward!
After nearly a month, we finally got word from Facebook as to why our pages were unpublished… Continue reading →
The words you choose to use can literally change your brain.
Dr. Andrew Newberg, a neuroscientist at Thomas Jefferson University, and Mark Robert Waldman, a communications expert, collaborated on the book, “Words Can Change Your Brain.” In it, they write, “a single word has the power to influence the expression of genes that regulate physical and emotional stress.”
When we use words filled with positivity, like “love” and “peace”, we can alter how our brain functions by increasing cognitive reasoning and strengthening areas in our frontal lobes. Using positive words more often than negative ones can kick-start the motivational centers of the brain, propelling them into action.
On the opposite end of the spectrum, when we use negative words, we are preventing certain neuro-chemicals from being produced which contribute to stress management. Each and every one of us are initially hardwired to worry; it’s how our primal brain protects us from dangerous situations for survival.
So, when we allow negative words and concepts into our thoughts, we are increasing the activity in our brain’s fear center (the amygdala), and causing stress-producing hormones to flood our system. These hormones and neurotransmitters interrupt the logic and reasoning processes in the brain and inhibit normal functionality. Newberg and Waldman write, “Angry words send alarm messages through the brain, and they partially shut down the logic-and-reasoning centers located in the frontal lobes.” Continue reading →
If you’re a frequent visitor of The Spirit Science, you probably agree with the notion that questioning things is quite a healthy practice. I certainly agree; we’ve got to question everything that we’re told, everything that happens around us – otherwise, we’ll wind up accepting things without hesitation and falling into many of the traps laid out for us.
Here are 10 questions that I hope will prove to be thought-provoking and get you thinking about why things are just the way they are.
1. What if everything we’re taught is a lie?
From a young age, we’re told that the educational system and authority figures in it teach us the truth. But what if they didn’t – how would we even know?
2. What if education’s purpose was to teach us to function in a very specific system that we must be dependent on?
What else do we learn in school other than things that are designed to get us to fit into a very specific worldview? Continue reading →
What do light, singularities, consciousness, and boundary layers all have in common?
The original concept behind this video was a script written by an old friend of mine named Moises, who wrote a script about Light and its relationship to the container around it. The container being the boundary layer between the internal and the external awareness.
This is an exploration into that idea, that we are not the internal, nor the external, but the awareness of both, and the science and theory of how that works. Enjoy!
The vessel is a created form by the consciousness that came together to create something new. The example that we use in this video is the Seed and the Egg at the moment of conception. The point in which a new “thing” is created entirely. Continue reading →
What’s in a name, what does the meaning in which a vibration hold? You ultimately get to decide that for yourself, so today we get to jam together to the tune of awareness and understanding of the infinity of the phrase “I Am that I Am”. Meditate with it, get it first in your mind, and then in your heart, for you are that you are, and you are beautiful.
I love you! Have a great day :)
Ps. Spirit Science 20 coming soon! Hopefully monday, maybe tuesday.
