Having Trouble Sleeping? These are the 7 Best Bedtime Plants

It is well known that sleep is vital for human organisms. It helps us to recover from our everyday activities and “recharge our batteries”. Sleep is an exceptionally crucial element for shaping a good sports figure as muscle growth is known to occur during deep sleeps.

According to recent studies, about 1/5 of people worldwide regularly suffer from insomnia. There are some plants that have favorable effects on our sleep. Which ones are the most popular and how do they affect out sleep?

Here are some powerful plants that can help soothe your nerves and aid in your insomnia.

Valerian

A popular grass or shrub  belonging to the group  of dicotyledonous  plants and famous for its sedative features. Valerian Valarian-Root(Valeriana officinalis, Valerianaceae) has small flowers and forms clusters. Scented oils used in medicine and perfumery are extracted from the roots of different types of valerian.

The plant is mainly found in the area around the Mediterranean Sea, in the moderate and cold regions of Euroasia and North America, as well as in South America – in the Andes.

Valerian can not only betters sleep, but also shortens its duration. So, if you suffer from insomnia, we recommend that you should drink decoction of this herb every evening for at least 4 weeks. It is crucial that valerian should not be drunk for more than the prescribed time. Otherwise, it will have the opposite effect – your nervous system will become overexcited instead of soothed. How To Balance The Energy of Your Soul Mate

The concept of twin flames/souls has gained so much momentum in the past few years which has led to a whole new “micro industry” in the spiritual community.  There is an endless amount of information that portrays this Divine Union as the most wonderful romantic relationship the Universe can bestow on us as human beings.  The purpose of this article is to add some clarity to the reality of this very unique and Divine journey.

Most Twins that are incarnated on this planet are not aware of their importance to humanity, they are very much asleep and living traditional 3D lives.  Then, something happens in their lives that triggers a series of events that cause them to examine what is happening and why.

Without suitably knowledgeable counsellors, physicians, psychologists or other usual professionals, those experiencing signs or symptoms of a Divine Union have no idea where to turn.  They use the various search engines to describe their situation, and then will stumble upon “Soul Mates” and/or “Twin Flames”.   Here is where the confusion really begins, and adds more to the thoughts of confusion and disbelief.

270077_f520There are usual signs and synchronicities between them in the Twin Flame scenario, usually two people (male/female or same sex) will meet under a set of unusual circumstances, will be from different cultures, religious beliefs, social classes and in some cases, large age differences.

The synchronicities normally seem to be a sense of knowing this person from somewhere before (soul memory), an ability to communicate for hours about everything and anything, and inert desire to share freely all that you know, the ability to be open and share in complete confidence and trust as well as a deep physical attraction. Scientists Show How Parallel Universes Overlap And Affect Our Own

The idea of parallel universes has been the baseline of many science fiction films and series for decades, but this idea has been a challenge for theoretical astrophysicists who try to explain the nature of subatomic particles, atoms and planets.

Now a group of cosmologists, who study the early universe, believe that they have found a way to find those signs that definitely prove the existence of other multiverses. Experts say that parallel universes basically inhabit the same physical space as we do and when they collide, they leave behind traces in the cosmos which we can detect.

After looking at the background echo radiation of the microwaves, which exists from the beginning of the universe, researchers have found unusual holes or “hot spots” that could be indicative of a disruption caused by “friction” with other universes.

Dr Eugene Lim, a lecturer in theoretical particle physics and cosmology at King’s College London, explained that other universes exist in the same physical space as ours.

He said: “Indeed, they inevitably must collide, leaving possible signatures in the cosmic sky which we can try to search for. The exact details of the signatures depend intimately on the models – ranging from cold or hot spots in the cosmic microwave background to anomalous voids in the distribution of galaxies. Shadow Aspects: Why It’s Important To Understand Your Dark Side

When you were little, were you afraid of the dark? Most of us were. And I doubt we ever thought to question this fear. We were almost naturally taught to be afraid of the dark, because the dark is full of unknown things that might hurt us.

But what usually happened when you turned the light on? You learned the unknown things were not so scary. And they were not so unknown. They were just part of the environment.

We learned to associate darkness with scary and unknown, and we learned it’s better not to speak with our dark thoughts and emotions. Turning the light on our emotional shadow is a lot more challenging than flicking a physical light switch on. So we avoid it. Superficiality is easier. But this darkness of our soul has a life of its own which thrives, whether or not we choose to acknowledge it.  It’s there, and it’s powerful.

Understanding Darkness

This fear of our emotional complexity grew as we grew, and with time became our shadow. It’s a hidden part in us that influences our choices more often than we are aware.

In truth, much effort goes into repressing and hiding it from ourselves and others. It’s our dark side. The parts we are ashamed and afraid to show. But through denial, we fail to see that in the obscurity of darkness also lay our strengths.

For reasons originating in the past, we have decided to negate and hide this dark side without exploring it further. And so in return it keeps us distant from truly expressing ourselves. Continue reading

Harvard Scientists Warn People to Stop Drinking Diary Milk – Here’s Why:

Vegans may have been right all along about avoiding dairy products. Although raw, natural milk has a lot of benefits;, a Harvard pediatrician and specialist  David Ludwig maintains that low fat  milk and dairy products pose a treat for your wellbeing due to the added sweeteners they contain.

As David Ludwig explained in his research (published in the Journal of the American Medical Association Pediatrics), there have been numerous research efforts that examine the negative impact of sugar-sweetened beverages. Excessive use of sugar has been related to various health problems such as weight gain, diabetes, and many others. US-researchers-link-low-fat-milk-consumption-with-pre-school-obesity

In fact, due to the negative influence sugar has on our health, the United States Department of Agriculture, the American Academy of Pediatrics, and many other organizations discourage the consumption of sweetened beverages. Instead, they recommend low fat milk, and the association suggests drinking 3 glasses per day. Continue reading

Have Candida? You Might be Gluten Intolerant

Some experts believe that there is a clear connection between fungus and gluten intolerance. This suggestion is confirmed by the numerous cases of people who were diagnosed with Celiac disease or gluten intolerance and who were able to return to eating wheat and gluten products without any negative consequences whatsoever after following a diet aimed at eliminating Candida.

Gluten is a protein that consists of gliadins and glutenins. It acts as an emulsifier, which helps the food to connect. Wheat is a cereal grain that contains gluten, and it is the most commonly consumed cereal, though there are many other types, including bulgur, rye, and all products that contain these cereals foods. Moreover, couscous and malt are made from wheat. A lot of people who are gluten intolerant are also sensitive to oats; although oats do not actually contain gluten, they are comprised of a protein similar to gluten.

How Candida Functions

Many people have the fungus Candida within their systems. Fortunately, healthy bowels contain a great amount of useful bacteria that keep the Candida under control and prevent excessive spreading of this fungus. However, if the balance between the fungus and bacteria is disturbed (because of antibiotics or excessive sugar intake), the Candida begins to candida-albicans3spread and releases harmful toxins as it carries out its metabolic process.
