5 Surefire Ways To Increase Your Energetic Vibrational Frequency

“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.”

-Nikola Tesla

I love this quote from Tesla as it describes the entire universe in one sentence. More importantly, it describes you and me in our natural form which is energy!

As you go through your daily life, each moment, action, interaction, and reaction impacts your overall energy level and state of wellbeing.

shutterstock_155349410Every choice you make will either help you raise or lower your vibration. And because we are vibrational beings, every day we are in a constant state of change as energy never stays the same.

When we are blessed with good days, then our vibrational energy is leaning more towards the positive side, but what about the days where nothing seems to be heading in the right direction.

Don’t you worry!

From my own research and studying the subject of vibration, I have learned that lower vibrational frequencies are most likely associated with negative emotions, fear, stagnation, lethargy, health challenges, and even depression.

So to experience increased health, happiness, and wellness, I am going to share with you not one but 5 ways to increase your vibration in 5 minutes or less!

1. Focus on the present moment

Living in the present moment is the source of your power and energy!shutterstock_422129731

If you are constantly living in a state of anxiousness about the future or re-living the past, then you’re wasting the energy available to you at the present moment.

So practice forgiveness towards yourself and other, and let go of the past and cut your ties from these lower vibrational energies. Continue reading

Are We Living At The Dawn of Augmented Intelligence?

How would your life be affected if you could chose to increase your intelligence by a few notches? What changes would it bring? It very much depends on what you define as intelligence to start with.
In popular culture we mostly associate intelligence with sharp wits or as someone who has scored high in the Mensa IQ test, the latter being a 20th century attempt to conventionally measure intelligence. Of course intelligence is both more basic and broader than that.

Development, Age and Intelligence

In the cognitive sciences and developmental Psychology, intelligence is pretty much tied to cognitive development of a human as he or she ages. Learning is seen as depending upon attention, memory and conceptualizing the world around us. How well or how poorly we perform these three tasks is reflected in our learning abilities and partially our intelligence.

In Neuroscience, for instance, intelligence and learning are understood in terms of how the billions of neural connections in our brain interact, cluster and regenerate. For some time it has been believed or theorized that neurons die as we age, meaning that our mental faculties are disparaged with age.shutterstock_326869622

This assumption has been corrected and revised and now we know that neuron cells do not die or decrease in number as we age. What happens is that the synapses (connections between individual cells) and the neurotransmitters, the chemicals used to send messages along the neural ‘learning pathways’, change as we get older. 16 Fascating Extreme Close Ups Of The Human Eye

Why do we say eyes are the windows to the soul? Well, because they are! We can read people, see what their thinking and feeling just through their eye movements.

Eyes look like mini universes, exploding from our pupils. These extremely close images remind us just how much detail is actually in this world. These surreal pictures are beautiful and almost haunting in their intense detail.

The History of Ouija Boards: 3 of The Most Bizarre Stories

The Ghosts of Flight 401

John G. Fuller was a American author who passed away in 1990. He wrote a few books and would write in news paper articles, mostly focusing on the topic of E.T’s and supernatural events. In 1972, an Eastern Air Lines Flight 401 crashed into the Florida shutterstock_825732everglades.

It was known as one of America’s worst aircraft disaster.  97 of 163 passengers didn’t make it off the plane, though many did survive as well.

This story is interesting because of the strange incidences that happened after. Employees of the airline started seeing ghostly figures of the pilot and co-pilot of the plane.

They would also see some of the 10 deceased flight attendants on another flight. The eerie theory is that parts of the plane from flight 401 were salvaged and reused to make another plane called the Lockheed L-1011.  John G. Fuller had used ouija boards to contact different spirits of people who were on that plane to create his book The Ghosts of Flight 401. If you’re interested, give it a read and see what you think.

Patience Worth

In 1912 a woman named Pearl Curran and her friend Emily Grant Hutchings used an ouija board, only to have a relative of Mrs. Hutchings to come through. She bought her own ouija board and brought it to Mrs. Currans house with the intention of continuing the communication. Continue reading

Cigarette Smokers: There Are Over 4,800 Chemicals In Cigarettes – Do You Really Know What You’re Inhaling?

Everyone knows smoking is bad for you, but most people don’t actually know what their smoking. There’s a staggering 4,800 chemicals in a single cigarette and not many people take the time to look into the ingredients. Almost everything in cigarettes is toxic or carcinogenic to the body. Many people are actually unaware of what they’re smoking, and a new study wants to help.shutterstock_108900479

A study published in the medical journal BMC Public Health argues that making cigarette information, like full ingredient lists, would help a lot of people quit smoking. If people knew the real dangers of smoking, they would be a lot less inclined to do it.

Most people do want this information readily accessible, but surprisingly a large group of smokers who seemed like they wouldn’t care to research it, like young adults, actually were more likely to look for the information.

In the study, 5,014 adults over the age of 18 were surveyed. They specifically people living in poverty because of the higher percentage of tobacco use. They found that about 27.5% of people had looked for information on the chemicals that cause cancer in cigarettes.

The research showed that most of the smokers didn’t actually know what cigarette smoke consists of, funnily enough.

This Magic Pen Copies The Colors Around You & Lets You Draw With Them

How amazing is this?! This pen takes the color from objects around it and lets you draw in virtually any color! The scribble pen came out a few years ago, but is still gaining popularity.

It works by having a RGB censor in it that detects different shades of color then transfers it to the refillable ink cartridge. It’s great because you can use it for both drawing on paper or a tablet.

We really are living in the future when we have color changing pens. It’s ink is water resistant and comes out instantly after shifting colors. It’s said that this pen lets you draw in a staggering 16 MILLION colors. It captures every shade and type of color known to humans.

This is perfect for many artists out there who also love technology. It is like a beautiful combination of the artist and engineer. If you’re someone who loves drawing and the latest tech out there, this is perfect for you!

So, what do you think would happen if you put it on a multicolored pattern?
