Documents Leaked By Edward Snowden Reveal An Incredible Secret Buried Below Our Feet

For those who don’t know who Edward Snowden is, it’s crucial we get you caught up to understand the gravity of what has unfolded. Snowden is a former employee of the CIA, computer professional, and former contractor for the US Government. In 2013, Snowden copied a number of classified documents from the US National Security Information. The information contained multiple global surveillance programs. These programs are the result of the combined efforts of the NSA and Five Eyes with cooperation of telecommunication companies and European governments.

Snowden’s disclosure was massive: including 15,000 or more Australian files, over 58,000 files of Britain and over 1.7 million files of the NSA. Some of the information was instant message conversations and general talking points. The manner in which he took the information make it nearly impossible to tell what exactly he copied, until he releases it. Naturally he was brought up on charges of espionage, treason and theft. For more information see his website.

He fled to Russia where he was granted asylum for a year. This turned into three years, and now he has been granted asylum in Venezuela. Now that his future is looking a little more secure, he has released more information about our government’s hidden agendas.

He claims that there is not only a humanoid, sentient species living in hydro thermal vents, underground and under the polar caps, but that our governments have known about them since the 90’s.

“Because ballistic missile tracking systems and deep-sea sonar are kept as state secrets, scientists don’t have access to data about these objects. However, most of the contractors at DARPA are sure that there is a species more intelligent than homo sapiens living in the mantle of the Earth. It makes sense, if you think about it, because that is the only place where conditions have been more or less stable for billions of years. Extremophiles may live at different temperatures than us, but they have been able to thrive and develop intelligence at a seemingly accelerated rate. That’s not true, because they’ve simply evolved at the same rate, but without many of the vicissitudes which set back surface life . . .
“The president receives daily briefings about their activities. Analysts believe their technology to be so far advanced that we stand little chance of survival in any potential war. The general sentiment is that we are but ants from their perspective, so there is little chance they would empathize or attempt to communicate with us, and the current contingency plan is to detonate nuclear weapons in deep caverns to ‘sting’ the foe we have no hope of destroying in hopes it would discourage further attacks.”

This affirmation of the government keeping such dangerous secrets from the public are deeply unsettling. The fact that we have plans to attack this unknown group of sentients with out informing the public or seeking out communication with the other species is even more unsettling.

Zen Garden – Genesis of Peace & Serenity

Have you ever seen a zen or Japanese rock garden? Did it bring you a sense of peace and serenity? The Japanese rock garden or “dry landscape” garden, often called a zen garden, generates a miniature stylized landscape by means of carefully composed arrangements of stones, water elements, moss, pruned trees along with bushes, and makes use of stones or even sand which can be raked in order to symbolize ripples in water. A zen garden is usually fairly tiny, enclosed by a wall, and is also commonly meant to be looked at whilst seated from a single point of view outside of the garden, such as the porch of the hojo, the residence of the chief monk from the temple or monastery. Classical zen gardens were made at temples of Zen Buddhism in Kyoto, Japan throughout the Muromachi Period. They were designed to imitate the meaningful substance connected with mother nature, not its true physical appearance, and to serve as an aid to meditation about the true meaning of life.

Rock gardens existed around Japan at least since the Heian Period (784-1185). These early gardens were detailed inside the very first manual of Japanese gardens,  written at the conclusion of the 1200’s. They were largely copied from the Chinese gardens of the Song Dynasty (960-1279), where groups of rocks symbolized Mount Penglai, the legendary mountain-island home of the Eight Immortals in Chinese mythology, known in Japanese as Horai. The manual described precisely how rocks need to be placed. In one verse, was written: “In a place where there is neither a lake or a stream, one can put in place what is called a kare-sansui, or dry landscape…” This kind of garden featured either rocks placed upright like mountains, or laid out in a miniature landscape of hills and ravines, with few plants. He described several other styles of rock garden, which usually included a stream or pond, including the great river style, the mountain river style, and the marsh style. The ocean style featured rocks that appeared to have been eroded by waves, surrounded by a bank of white sand, like a beach. White sand and gravel had long been a feature of Japanese gardens. In the Shinto religion, it was used to symbolize purity, and was used around shrines, temples, and palaces. In zen gardens, it represents water, or, like the white space in Japanese paintings, emptiness and distance. They are places of meditation.

A zen garden is without a doubt a sanctuary that can be placed in nearly any living space. Some zen gardens are massive creations that can consist of massive areas, while many are tiny desktop gardens that use up no more room than your notebook. It’s not difficult to create a constantly changing work of art that is visually pleasing with clean, flowing lines and carefully placed objects. Best of all, a small zen garden is incredibly inexpensive to create! It will also show your unique style of rocks and sand patterns. The selection and placement of rocks is the most important part of making a Japanese rock garden. Different types of rocks are used for creating different symbolic things like mountains, rivers or seashores. The act of raking the gravel into a pattern recalling waves or rippling water, known as samon has an aesthetic function. Zen priests practice this raking also to help their concentration. These gardens are conceived and created from the meditative inspiration of the gardener, and contemplating one is a doorway to meditation for the viewer. While no rule exists against including plants and water features, many gardens omit them entirely and construct the garden from rocks and gravel to evoke emptiness through abstraction.

You don’t have to do a lot to keep your rock garden looking good. Sand and stones don’t degenerate or need food or water – so there is nothing you have to do there. Of course, you will have to care for whatever plants or trees are in your rock garden, but usually just a little water and plant food will suffice. Keep your rock garden free of debris and you’re good to go! This world can be busy and frantic – an individual should have just a little serenity. A Zen rock garden could be just the thing you need to help you relax and re-enter the world full of energy and vigor!

9 Signs You Are Tapping Into Your Dormant Psychic Abilities

Psychic abilities do exist and these powers vary from person to person. Take two people that read minds and intentions. One of them may be using a extremely refined and disciplined version of the throat chakra. The other may have a over developed or at least well maintained pituitary gland. The variance in how people are able to reach supernatural goals makes it difficult to write a list of common guidelines. We feel confident about the list below. We hope that is affirmation will bring new perspective to you current experiments into the unknown.

You Experience Many HeadachesHeadaches-Migraines

One of the few drawbacks, this symptom can pass from the realm of annoying to painful and debilitating.

This symptom could develop for any number of reasons. It could ache in the same way an exercised muscle does. You may have subconsciously taken or mirrored from someone.

Whatever the reason drink some water, eat and meditate, in that order.

You Experience ‘The Roaring Of Silence’

This peculiar sensation is very unsettling the first couple of times you hear it. As your psychic abilities sharpen you will be able to ‘hear’ the world around you. You aren’t picking up specific thoughts, intentions or emotions. In lieu of the specific stimuli you feel the ‘weight’ of the presence of that information. This false silence is like the way your brain is protecting you from being flooded with psychic information.

Your Frequently Sought Out For Advice And Intuitive Perspective

People may come to you for all sorts of wants and needs. While people you know often come to you, strangers will as well. When approached  by strangers just do your best to not judge and actively listen. If they are opening up to you, this is a strong indication that they lack someone to talk to.

You Experience Extreme And Seemingly Random Sensations

Self-Compassion-Concord-MassachusettsExamples of this look can take on many varieties but one of them is temperature fluctuations localized to specific extremities (a cold left hand, or tingly right calf).

You may also feel a surge of energy, someone watching you and a burst of a strong emotion out of seemingly nowhere.

Feelings of something crawling on you, falling or even sudden spinning sensations can manifest as well.

This is you picking up on someone else’s ju-ju.

Varying Levels Of Precognition Are Common

You’ll be looking at a problem and it’ll feel like someone whispered the answer in your ear. The answer may not always be dead on but it’ll be fairly close. The sensation, like many of these examples, is hard to explain but it feels very similar to when your gut is trying to tell you something.

Without Verbal Communication, You Know Strangers Want

A person can walk into a room, a person you don’t know, and before that person says anything, you take on the feeling of a human mirror, You can feel what they feel and know their intentions. In cases where you already know the person, the feelings and process looks similar.

You Can See Auras

You may or may not be able to see distinctive shapes and colors streaming off a person.  It may appear as ripples or shimmers in the air. If you want to specifically develop this skill faster, we have an article geared towards your needs.

Naturally And Without Effort You Lucid Dream

You have naturally developed a refined and strong connection with your mental and spiritual aspects, allowing you to dream ‘better’. You can not only dream more vividly but also remember more of these details and intentions when you come back to the waking world.

Highly Empathic

This goes beyond feeling similar to what another person feels. It is far more intense in the vividness and clarity of what is felt.

You Experience Anxiety And Distinctive ‘Weirdness’ In Publiczen business people in forest

Large crowds and public spaces give you anxiety. You can feel the false silence we talked about earlier.

Also, the fact that you are experiencing these powers and spiritual breakthroughs, means that there are a handful of others in the crowd going through the same thing.

They could be projecting these feelings with out meaning to. It’ll be like a baby crying out because it’s cold and it doesn’t know what else to do.

2 Reasons You Should Start Meditating Today

Humans are easily broken down into three general categories: mind, spirit, and body. When I say the mind, I am referring to not only the tool that is your brain, but your personality as well. The spirit, in the context of this article, is kin to your soul. In essence, that intangible, unique, common, and interconnecting aspect of humanity. The body is the standard reference to that meat sock you use to roam the scape of the Earth. Meditation is an ancient practice that has helped countless people (including yours truly) with any number of ailments, from various denominations and sects.

The two reasons you should mediate, aren’t the cosmic, golden keys some people may have been expecting and hoping for. No, the two perfect reasons you should start your practice today are far more tangible. You should do it because you deserve to experience life in the most loving, fun and productive manner. The second reason is because the world is in social and spiritual pain. It is up to us to heal ourselves and others.

Because You Deserve It!

Meditation will help you maximize every part of your experience as a person. Restoring your physical health, healing your mind, growing your awareness of all your senses, this is just the tip of the iceberg. And my friend, this iceberg makes the word colossal, extend no further than its own eight letters. You won’t even have to wait for shipping and handling! The effects of meditation are immediate.

As mentioned earlier, there are three components to a person’s make up. Meditation not only helps improve the states of all three but increases the ‘communication’ between the three.  For example, the relationship of your stomach in relation to your emotions will be more readily understood. Often the needs of aspects of our person aren’t actively, or clearly communicating what is needed or the communication method is being misread.

Providing sufficient ‘space’ for all the amazing parts of your sum, is only one of the winnings elements of meditation. I was diagnosed Bi Polar type II and my hunt for a winning combination of drugs was reaching terrible heights. Through meditation and genuine conversations I was able to come off all my medications. I still have ruff spots, but they are manageable. The biggest way meditation helped me was helping me realize how destructive my mania was. While manic or depressed my stomach was never properly communicating with my head, my heart was being ignored by my brain, or my heart would simply flip out. I mistook these flip outs as I was in love, or sad or any number of intense emotions. Meditation clears away the mis communications on a cellular level, providing the three main elements of ‘you’ to seek out and combine efforts to unlock better living.

It Is Every Individual’s Responsibility To Help The World, Starting With Yourself And Your Neighbor

We are the equivalents of cells in an organ. Same as on the micro level we have three main components, our community has the same. Earth is our body. Government, the Internet, communities at large, and society are the mind. The spirit or soul is exactly the same on this scale as the individual. Not only does each element need help but there must be room for the components to ‘speak’ to each other to achieve any goal. The planet (body) is sickened with toxins, drilling and a complete lack of respect for other life. The governments are constantly fight with one another, and when they aren’t at each other’s necks, there are skirmish wars between the governments and the people (who just want to be heard and keep of get basic rights). While many people have found a form of religion or a lack of organized religion or a form of spirituality that helps them be happy. This happiness seems to come at the cost of hate for other sects and groups. All around the world there are core problems with each component but through poor communication, we are no more productive than a dog chasing his tail.

Meditation will help you, as a person, become the best human you could have hoped for. As your presence is healed and made strong, so to will the elements in life you interact with and are simply around. Your empathy will rise and you communication skills will make the pro’s ask you for tips. As you are a necessary and integral part of the whole your health is everyone’s health and vice versa. Through meditation you will find it ripples through communities, no matter the religious faith. As more people are able to realize and ‘hear’ varying messages between their components, the complexities of the macro version will start to reveal their parallels to each person’s unique components. With all these people growing together as a whole, through individual means, answers will start to come.

In the end you need to save yourself, to save your community. You need to recognize the strength in yourself to point it out in others. Only together do we have a chance to better ourselves sustainable manner. And a ‘fight’ among your brothers and sisters, for your brothers and sisters, is always worth the effort.

If you’re ready to start meditating, try this stellar guided meditation.

GEODESIC DOMES – OUT OF THE PAST AND INTO THE FUTURE

Build the future with geodesic domes! This technology has been around for nearly 100 years. Geodesic domes utilize the power of natural geometry to make mind-blowing, incredibly efficient structures. Think of how the shell of an egg can hold its shape, and how a spider web can be very light and yet be strong enough to catch prey. This technology is a celebration of nature as opposed to an attempt to conquer it. For those more technical readers out there… A geodesic dome is a spherical or hemispherical thin-shell structure (lattice-shell) based on a network of geodesics (great circles) on the surface of a sphere or a hemisphere. The geodesics intersect to form triangular elements, which have local, triangular rigidity, and so distribute the structural stress throughout the geodesic sphere.

Montreal_Biosphere-Buckminster_Fuller

The first dome was designed and patented for a planetarium right after World War I. Twenty years later R. Buckminster Fuller gave the dome the name geodesic. Although Fuller was not the original inventor, he is credited with the U.S. popularization of the idea for which he received a U.S. patent. The geodesic dome appealed to Fuller because it was extremely strong for its weight, its “omnitriangulated” surface provided an inherently stable structure, and because a sphere encloses the greatest volume for the least surface area. Fuller hoped that the geodesic dome would help address the postwar housing crisis.

These homes are extremely energy efficient for many reasons. More specifically…

  • Its decreased surface area requires less building materials.

  • Exposure to cold in the winter and heat in the summer is decreased because, being spherical, there is the least surface area per unit of volume per structure.

  • The concave interior creates a natural airflow that allows the hot or cool air to flow evenly throughout the dome with the help of return air ducts.

  • Extreme wind turbulence is lessened because the winds that contribute to heat loss flow smoothly around the dome.

  • It acts like a type of giant down-pointing headlight reflector and reflects and concentrates interior heat. This helps prevent radiant heat loss.

geo interior

The net annual energy savings for a dome owner is 30% less than normal rectilinear homes according to the Oregon Dome Co. This is quite an improvement and helps save the environment from wasted energy. Domes have been designed by Bucky and others to withstand high winds and extreme temperatures as seen in the Polar regions. Dome homes can be kind of weird looking and they don’t necessarily fit in all the beautiful square neighborhoods when you’re walking around the suburban world, but Fuller saw much potential in those triangles. Dome homes have become one of the most efficient building systems available. Not only are they energy-efficient and cheaper to build than a standard home but they are beautiful in appearance and and have endless design possibilities both interior and exterior.

geo dome 2

In the future large urban areas could be domed under a single roof. The dome would be airtight and pressurized, creating a habitat that can be controlled for air temperature, composition and quality, typically due to an external atmosphere (or lack thereof) that may be harmful to habitation for one or more reasons. These cities may be situated on Earth, a moon or another planet. The world’s first climate controlled domed city is being built in Dubai.

The Intention Challenge: Are You Ready To Change Your Life?

The way we start our day has a huge impact on the day’s events. Its common and natural to wake up in a reactionary kind of way. We wake up hungry so we eat. We wake up upset so we try and run from that feeling. I’d like to challenge you to an one week experiment. I promise it’ll take maybe an hour, over the course of your week.

I’d like you to create an intention or feel free to use any combination of the ones listed below. Write it down in a couple of choice locations such as your fridge, next to your laptop, in the bathroom, at your desk at work, or in your car. When you wake in the morning take a couple moments to acknowledge how you feel and with out expectation, examine your intention. At the end of the week see how you felt and how productive you were. At the end of this week I’ll go into further detail on how to craft intentions specific to you. I’ll also cover potential pitfalls that occur in playing with intention.

The difference between an expectation and a intention is a crucial distinction. Expectation is the perception that something will occur. This aim can be passively or actively worked toward, but it is only a perception. Expectation can lead to surprise but more often it adds disappointment to our lives. Intention is the acknowledgement of aspects of our present. You acknowledge the love in your heart and encourage it to grow. Your not expecting it to. You pour energy into the intention and that changes the ‘depth’ of the intended aspect. Try not avoid turning your intention into a expectation.

Do your thing with passion and integrity even if folks don’t notice you.  We do what we do not for an applause, but because we know it’s right.

It important that we be able to acknowledge the opinions of our peers and not become dependent on them. Only you know what certain actions and ideas mean to you. You do your best to relate them to others so they can understand you better but that understanding will never be first hand. So if you go through life allowing external forces to change you, you will never achieve any deeper understandings of the world around you.

Whatever your challenge is, worrying about it won’t help.  Either do something to address it or do something to let it go.

You only have so many hours in the day, so many tasks you can stay focused on, why waste any energy towards worry. If I find myself obsessing negatively on something, I remind myself of what I am already doing to achieve that end. If there is nothing more I can do , then I remind myself that I took the matter a seriously as I could and whatever happens happens. I renew my faith in my ability to roll with the unexpected.

The secret to being grateful is no secret.  You choose to be grateful.  Then you do it again and again.  Every day.  When you forget, begin again.

Persistence in repetition is a staple of meditative practice. Forgetting is a human error and to be easily forgiven. In ALL things it is important to remember to continue to strive.

Two things, more than anything else, define you daily: Your patience when you are struggling, and your attitude when you are not.

Suffering is the instrument of change and how we deal with it defines our character. whether your life is currently stable or unbelievably hectic, remember that all things come to pass. Keep your head as high as you can and act with modesty and compassion, the craziest life transitions occur when we never expect it.

Before you waste it on anger, resentment, spite or envy, think of how precious and irreplaceable your time is today.  Positivity always pays!

This is the whole reason you are setting an intention, the Buddha once said, ‘The trouble is that we all think we have time.’ He was right the future is uncertain and the possibilities are infinite. Live your life with appreciation and enjoyment, you have no idea what tomorrow holds.
