10 Indian Sages Who Knew About Advanced Discoveries Before Our Modern Area

Modern science and physics loves to take all the credit for many of the technological creations that make our lives easier – but we often forget to reveal that the people history books claim to have ‘invented’ many of these creations were really rather innovators who worked with knowledge that our ancestors held for centuries.

Here are 10 such cases.

1. Bhaskaracharya’s Law of Gravity

Bhaskara the second was a mathematician and astronomer born in India who worked with fellow mathematician Brahmagupta’s findings in regards to number systems.

To this day, Bhaskaracharya’s ‘Lilaviti’ and ‘Bijaganita’ works are considered to be unmatched. In his work, he wrote about everything from planetary positioning to eclipses and cosmography. Continue reading

Scientists Show How Parallel Universes Overlap And Affect Our Own

The idea of parallel universes has been the baseline of many science fiction films and series for decades, but this idea has been a challenge for theoretical astrophysicists who try to explain the nature of subatomic particles, atoms and planets.

Now a group of cosmologists, who study the early universe, believe that they have found a way to find those signs that definitely prove the existence of other multiverses. Experts say that parallel universes basically inhabit the same physical space as we do and when they collide, they leave behind traces in the cosmos which we can detect.

parallel worlds

After looking at the background echo radiation of the microwaves, which exists from the beginning of the universe, researchers have found unusual holes or “hot spots” that could be indicative of a disruption caused by “friction” with other universes.

Dr Eugene Lim, a lecturer in theoretical particle physics and cosmology at King’s College London, explained that other universes exist in the same physical space as ours.

He said: “Indeed, they inevitably must collide, leaving possible signatures in the cosmic sky which we can try to search for. The exact details of the signatures depend intimately on the models – ranging from cold or hot spots in the cosmic microwave background to anomalous voids in the distribution of galaxies. Studies Discover How Our Universe Grows Just Like A Brain

We often speak of the universe being a reflection of ourselves, and point to how the eye, veins, and brain cells mirror visual phenomenon in the natural universe. As above so below right? Well check this out. How about the idea that the universe is a giant brain? The idea of the universe as a ‘giant brain’ has been proposed by scientists and science fiction writers for decades, but now physicists say there may be some evidence that it’s actually true (in a sense).

The Study

According to a study published in Nature’s Scientific Reports, the universe may be growing in the same way as a giant brain – with the electrical firing between brain cells ‘mirrored’ by the shape of expanding galaxies. The results of a computer simulation suggest that “natural growth dynamics” – the way that systems evolve – are the same for different kinds of networks – whether its the internet, the human brain or the universe as a whole.

When the team compared the universe’s history with growth of social networks and brain circuits, they found all the networks expanded in similar ways: They balanced links between similar nodes with ones that already had many connections. For instance, a cat lover surfing the Internet may visit mega-sites such as Google or Yahoo, but will also browse cat fancier websites or YouTube kitten videos. In the same way, neighboring brain cells like to connect, but neurons also link to such “Google brain cells” that are hooked up to loads of other brain cells.

“The new study suggests a single fundamental law of nature may govern these networks”, said physicist Kevin Bassler of the University of Houston. “”For a physicist it’s an immediate signal that there is some missing understanding of how nature works,” says Dmitri Krioukov from the University of California San Diego. 10 Discoveries That Will Make You Question Everything

What are the true origins of humanity?

There are so many ancient artifacts from the past that still perplex us today. How did ancient civilizations create such intricate and advanced technologies? There are so many mysteries surrounding humanities past that we are finally becoming aware of. There seems to be a lot more going on than meets the eye…

Here is a list of some of the most amazing discovery’s to date!

1: The London Artifact- londan hammerThis artifact is speculated to be so extremely old that part of the wooden handle has turned to coal. Coal is known to take millions of years to form, so then how is this possible? How old could this strange artifact actually be?

magna bowl

2: The Fuente Magna Bowl- This is one of the most controversial artifacts in South America. It is a large stone bowl, similar to a container for making libations, baptisms or for purification ceremonies. Found by a villager near Lake Titicaca, the engraved writing lining the bowl is thought to be Sumerian!

16 People With Real Super Powers

Have you ever dreamed about having super powers?  Most likely if you are anything like me you have fantasized about having extraordinary abilities such as super strength or moving objects with your mind.

We have found 16 examples of people who claim to have developed some extraordinary abilities.  Perhaps we are evolving into a world of zero limits.

1. X-Ray Vision

Natasha DemkinaNatasha Demkina is a Russian woman who claims to be able to see into peoples bodies.  Just like an X-ray machine she is able to detect problems inside of people and diagnose them.

Natasha was a normal kid up until the age of ten according to her mother.  At that age her abilities began to manifest.

“I was at home with my mother and suddenly I had a vision. I could see inside my mother’s body and I started telling her about the organs I could see. Now, I have to switch from my regular vision to what I call medical vision. For a fraction of a second, I see a colorful picture inside the person and then I start to analyze it.” says Demkina

2. Magnetic Body

3_liew-thow-linLiew Thow Lin is a man from Malaysia who can stick metal objects into his body.   Although scientists cannot detect anything going on with the magnetics of his body he is able to hold and balance a unique amount of metal objects on his skin.

3. Super Human Memory:

daniel-tammetDaniel Temmet is able to memorize incredible amounts of information.  For example he was able to recite Pi up to 22,514 digits in five hours and nine minutes on 14 March 2004.

Most Savants are not able to explain how they accomplish their amazing abilities but Daniel is different.  He explains that in his mind every whole number up to 10,000 has its own unique texture, color, shape and feel.  This has helped him to remember things visually much easier then the average person.

In his experience the visual image of 289 as very ugly, 333 is particularly attractive, and pi is beautiful.  Perhaps this is how the frequency of numbers and numerology work with the logical world.

4. No Need for Sleeping:

Imagine what life would be like if you didn’t need to sleep?  I know we would miss out on a lot of fun dreams but what could we accomplish?  Well Al Herpin cant sleepwas a man who knew what that was like.

Al Herpin claimed to have a rare type of insomnia where he didn’t need to sleep and at one point in his life had apparently been awake for over 10 years.  This attracted the attention of medical professionals who investigated further.

They found no bed, or sleeping place in Al Herpin’s home.  He claimed to go to work and then sit in his rocking chair reading until it was time to go to work the next day.  He was found to be in good health and also lived to the old age of 94.

5. Stomach of Steel:

MrEatsEverythingMichel Lotito was known for his ability to eat non-digestable objects without any bad effects.  He was seen to consume glass, metal, rubber and other objects.  Do not try this at home.

New Documentary Gives Scientific Proof That Sound Can Effect Consciousness in Extraordinary Ways

Song of the New Earth – Preview from Ward Serrill on Vimeo.

Song of the New Earth is a new feature documentary about one man’s quest to integrate modern science and ancient mysticism through sound.

Tom Kenyon was on his way to fame as a country singer in Nashville when he began to experience uninvited paranormal states of consciousness. His quest to understand these experiences sent him on a journey into Tibetan Buddhism, Yoga, mystical Christianity, Shamanism, the Taoism of China, and Egyptian alchemy.

But spirituality did not give him all the answers he needed, and he turned to science. He discovered that neurophysiology had a language that could help explain his mystical experiences. After qualifying as a psychotherapist – in part, he admits, to find out if he was going crazy – he spent years studying the effects of sound and music on the human brain and nervous system and is now an internationally recognized authority on the science of sound.

The film explores in depth the cutting edge scientific research which proves that sound shifts brain states and promotes dramatic healing. Song of the New Earth presents not only Tom Kenyon’s extraordinary journey but also an unforgettable experience with sound.

Regardless of a your religion or belief system, Song of the New Earth informs, inspires, and provides an extraordinary opportunity to experience how sound and music can be powerful medicine for ourselves and our world.
