A Warning from the Inuit – The Earth has Already Shifted!

The Inuit are an indigenous people, one of those only who’s lifestyle has not been completely and entirely affected by the modern machinery of today. While they still have adopted many modern technologies, their world has not been overrun by skyscrapers and smog.

Today, they live in frozen isolation up north, and it is from their vantage point of the world that they have noticed something very peculiar happen, or happening rather! The Sky has Changed!

The elders maintain that the Sun no longer rises where it used to, and they now have longer hunting times because the Sun is both higher than it used to be, and subsequently warms up quicker than it did previously.

There is not a single Inuit who is in disagreement on this. The Sky has changed.

When we talk about vampires we are not talking about the depiction in films/television. We are not talking about literal blood suckers. We are using the ‘vampire’ reference for a non voluntary feeding that is taking place on our life force energy from living consciousness either in the physical or non-physical realms and on all levels of your Beingness – physical, emotional, mental, spiritual.

Physical And Non-Physical Energy Vampires

Physical Vampires are humans. Some people are unable to move thru life without taking energy from others. They may have a physical, emotional or mental dysfunction that is draining them and most times energy feeding is not intentional or deliberate.

The energy feeder could be anyone – friend, co-worker, your children, other family members, intimate relationship, a fleeting encounter, other group meetings/organizations.

Non-Physical Vampires are entities in the unseen, non-physical realms around us. They have every intention in stealing and using your energy. That is mainly how they survive. They set up energy siphoning thru childhood/adult physical and sexual trauma, addictions, injuries, extreme fear and ecstatic bliss episodes and events, thru unspoken/spoken agreements in the physical and nonphysical realms in other lifetimes or this one and also thru joint permission with others. Helping Heal Hatred: The Secret Cause of Hate

Typically, hatred is seen as a negative and therefore unacceptable thing in our society. But hatred is a valid feeling, and when we deem something as bad and unacceptable to feel, we resist it within ourselves. And in a universe based on the law of attraction, whatever we resist persists. Instead of denying our hatred, we need to admit it to ourselves.

When we feel hatred and peel back that hatred to expose the more vulnerable emotions underneath it. Only then can we end hatred in ourselves and therefore end it in the world.

“Hatred is a cover emotion for fear and hurt. So address the fear and hurt directly then focus on things that cause you to feel empowered and safe and watch the hatred melt away. “

How to Be Mindful: 4 Important Techniques

What does being mindful mean? You may have heard of mindfulness meditation but what does it mean to BE mindful? Mindfulness is defined as the quality or state of being conscious or aware of something. Being mindful means to have that awareness of everything around you. According to Jon Kabat-Zinn, “mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way; on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally.”

baerefoot woodsMindfulness practitioners learn how to pay attention on purpose by practicing specially developed mindfulness meditation practices & mindful movements. Being mindful is an intentional way of being that you can cultivate on a daily basis. Being mindful means to be conscious and aware of all the things around you and how you affect them.

For instance, I live in a house that has a basement apartment below. I try to be conscious of the noise that I make and since I stay up very late at night doing things like writing articles I try my best to not disturb people sleeping in close proximity to my activities. I am careful not to wear shoes in my house and to walk lightly on my feet. 

As a young man, I was taught by rainbow family elders to tread lightly in the woods. Not only does this mean to physically walk lightly, meaning on the front of your feet and not on your heels, but also to be aware of WHERE you step, HOW you step ,and even WHEN you step. Basically, this just means to be aware of how you affect your surroundings.

Another way to practice being mindful is with your voice. Not only can one take care in what they say but HOW they say it. The volume of one’s voice can also be important.

Do you use an inside voice when you’re outside? You may not get heard or may get asked to constantly repeat yourself. Do you use an outside voice when you’re inside? You may be so loud that you become annoying without even knowing it.

Being aware of your surroundings and the vibration you are putting forth in those surroundings is very important when being mindful.

There are many ways to become more mindful and mindfulness meditation is one of those ways. There are many mindfulness meditation resources on the web. Here are some tips on being more mindful…

  • Pay attention to your breathing. When all else fails always return to this tip.

  • Try to notice everything that you are doing when you’re doing something specific. For instance, if you are taking a shower notice the sound of the water, the temperature of the water, the smell of the soap and any other thing that you can sense. If you are eating notice the texture and the color of the food, its taste, its smell and texture.

  • Focus on the things that distract you. Pay attention to where you space out, for example, being on the computer, driving, doing household chores. Focus on bringing more awareness to those moments of distraction.

  • Be aware of people around you. Notice their eyes, their clothes. Take advantage of every moment and compliment someone or express affection.

Alright, let’s get real here.

I wanted to write an article on this for about half a year now, but I kept putting it off because political articles always got met with frustration from people who follow Spirit Science to specifically get away from politics. This article isn’t about politics, the policies of candidates or the logistics of our legal system.

It’s about the future of mankind.

The current design of our system has a single person representing an entire, diverse nation of people. As time goes on, it’s clear that the reactions and results the government creates are explosive; most people are either patriotic or resistant to the idea of an over arching governing body.

The very definition of the words politics and government expresses the desire to exercise control over others.

Politics:

“The activities associated with the governance of a country or other area, especially the debate or conflict among individuals or parties having or hoping to achieve power.”

Government:  

“The political direction and control exercised over the actions of the members, citizens, or inhabitants of communities, societies, and states; direction of the affairs of a state, community, etc.”

It’s no secret that people are angry. It’s no conspiracy that the government has turned into an oligarchy and millions of people want a radical revolution; a shift in consciousness; a fundamental realization that changes the way we interact with each other.
