Third Eye activation is all about opening up your mental center to perceive more of what’s going on all around you. By seeing “more” of what’s all around you, what I mean is seeing the greater depth of vibration that exist beyond the physical.
This is, without a doubt, one of the best videos I have ever seen explain this topic, in depth, not only what it is, but how to do it. Enjoy.

Put on some headphones, and listen to this next video with your eyes closed, in a dark room, remembering everything that you had just learned from the previous video.
‘Mr. TSO’ is a Norwegian photographer that delights in showcasing nature’s beauty. The vibrant hues and stark contrasts of his videos and photos make me seriously reconsider why I choose to live a city! This video is no exception. Mr. TSO spent 7 days a top and around Spain’s highest mountain El Teide capturing what I’m sure was an amazing experience. El Teide summit reaches 3,718 meters (12,198 ft) and is the highest point in the islands of the Atlantic. This noted scenic region is a frequent stomping grounds for anyone trying to photograph the stars.
As you watch this beautiful BBC-esque video I would love to share an intention and a quote I came across. We are all one no matter visible distances or differences. You are your neighbor, even your dog shares atoms with a sun going supernova somewhere in a distant universe. With love and acceptance we can allow these connections to devour our sense of self. When there are no separations we can operate as the most diversified community the universe has ever seen.
Famed astrophysicist Dr Neil Degrasse Tyson aptly shares this thought,
“Yes we are part of this universe, we are in this universe, but perhaps more important than both of those facts is that the universe is in us. When I reflect on that fact, I look up, many people feel small because they are small and the universe is big. But I feel big, because my atoms came from those stars. There’s a level of connectivity. That’s really what you want from life, you want to feel connected…”
Auras are the external energy wave every living thing possesses. In humans this radiating energy is produced by your chakras. Besides the major seven there are 114 chakras in your body, so understand that we are talking about a very complex energy system. Your aura and chakras work in tandem, in a system known as the Merkaba. each chakra spins out energy seen through the aura. Your thoughts, emotions, intentions and everything in between effects the grade, hue and visible strength of your aura.
Most people can’t or won’t see them. It takes a little bit of practice and a lot of open mindedness. Below is a video nicely summarizing how to begin training your mind’s eye to see them.
The only thing I feel the man in the video doesn’t account for is humans are complex and emotional creatures. Even if you ask your best friend to stand and let you look for their aura you may not find it. There could be something in your system or theirs that blocks or greatly increases the difficulty of what you are attempting.
Take a healthy plant and place it before a blank backdrop. Staring gently at the plant’s base, use your peripheral vision to scan the edges of the plant. The plant is a living thing so it is putting off energy that can be viewed but the mental and emotional simplicity makes them easier to relate to.
The ability to see auras is not only neat but practical. You will eventually be able to sicknesses (mental, physical and spiritual), character traits, and emotional intentions in the people you meet. You will gain valuable insight into the machinations of not only yourself but those around you.
Doctor Neil DeGrasse Tyson is a well known science advocate, doctor of astrophysics, and the host of the television show The Cosmos. He’s this generation’s Carl Sagan and Bill Nye rolled into one delightful package.
Tyson is well noted for using and promoting consistently unique and refreshing perspectives. The unique qualities of his introspection is perfectly debuted here.
Some one asks Tyson, ’What is the most astonishing fact you can share with us about the universe?’
Tyson replies with an explanation of how we are all made of stars. The same atoms found in you in any moment are the same as the ones found throughout the universe. All physical object in the universe were made in cosmic collisions and death of stars. All things start from something old and as everything ages it springs forward new potentials.
Tyson has a simple way of explaining difficult ideas. Every Time I’ve heard him speak there are underlying tones of spirituality that make my heart remember the basic principle that we are all in this together.
If you’ve never quite made sense of hearing that we are ‘children of the stars’ or ‘beings of light’ this video is a must see for you! One of my favorite quotes from this video is,
“Yes we are part of this universe, we are in this universe, but perhaps more important than both of those facts is that the universe is in us. When I reflect on that fact, I look up, many people feel small because they are small and the universe is big. But I feel big, because my atoms came from those stars.”
Open Shadow tells the inspiring story of Teal Swan. A woman with a pure heart, and a voice worth listening to. She has survived the reality of something that only seems like graphic horror on a movie screen to most of us, and lives to bring truth and awareness to the world through demonstration of her own healing and personal transformation.
Teal and I were very good friends back in 2012, and since I met her I knew she was incredibly sensitive to subtle energies, more so than 99% of the people I had met previously in my life. Teal was incredibly compassionate, and had unique ways to see the energy in other people as if reading a book. She would even help them move their own energy around, if they were willing to grow and participate in their own change. learned a great deal from her, and I know that i’m not the only one.
Take a look at the trailer, and see what I mean. She has touched a lot of hearts, and brought a lot of people together. :)
This documentary is slated for release in May of 2016. It’s being directed by a woman named Paola Marino, who studied Film in Italy, where she graduated summa cum laude in 1995, and has produced films for film festivals around the world. Her and her team have been working on this project for over a year now.
This film is a community project and therefore will be entirely crowdfunded! They are still raising money for their campaign, and they’re getting close to their goal!
Finally, Teal is currently in Australia doing several large workshops! If you’re in the area, and want to connect with some spirit family, go and check it out!
Most everyone on the planet is trying their hardest to stick around on the planet as long as they can for some reason or another. That’s why most of us try to rest, take care of ourselves, stay in shape and good humours. This average approach to maximizing trips around the sun isn’t enough for many people found throughout history. Out of the desire to push the limits and live forever, every society in every era has formed a version of their own ‘elixir of life’. Most of these are outlandish and not geared for human consumption. gods and immortals to be would drink various bloods, milk of sacred cows, eat 10,000 year old peaches or my favorite: drink gold! Gurus and alchemists the world over have tried to create something more practical but alas no avail.
Most ‘health’ drinks or tonics meant to prolong life had one common ingredient; they all contained alcohol. That’s right the toxin schools warned us about is the common denominator in almost every life prolonging concoction. It makes sense when you think about it. Alcohol can break down most of the constituents (molecules deemed beneficial) if not all of them. The liquid also makes membranes in the mouth more absorbent so whatever herbal qualities have been imparted on the liquid bypass the digestive track and go straight to the blood stream. The digestive track can break down a lot of the more delicate herbal qualities. Liquor works to preserve the concoctions shelf life 10 years or more depending on how it is manufactured.
A bottle was found during the excavation of a German beer garden at 50 Bowery in New York City, New York. There was enough information that researchers located the recipe in a 19th century guide. It called for 2.3 grams each of rhubarb, gentian root, white turmeric and Spanish saffron mixed with the juice from 13 grams of aloe, 4 ounces of water and 12 ounces of grain alcohol. Shake Often and vigorously for three days, then filter through a cheesecloth. Be careful if you make this, it is potent stuff. I recommend 1-2 drops in the morning. Getting drunk off immortality didn’t work for many gods so mortals should beware. The researchers doubted how healthy this drink was.
In today’s age the topical elixir is described as ‘Monoatomic gold’. This substance comes in many forms and is made from the fermentation process of peat moss and other herbs in alcohol. There are as many skeptics as believers in this modern version of alchemy as in the past.
