Telekinesis Is Real; Here’s A Way You Can Experience It For Yourself

Anyone growing up with super heroes, Jedi or a good science fiction novel have shared my fascination with super powers. I’d rather not discuss the lengths I would go to to attain any number of crazy powers, but I will share with you a way to train your mind into developing telekinesis.

Telekinesis is the ability to manipulate the physical world around you using nothing but your mind… You read that correctly and yes I am serious.shutterstock_196145192

I know I am not the only one that fully believes in the unpredictable and infinite nature of the universe. We know little, can explain less and haven’t explored our own stellar backyard fully yet.

Everyone suddenly has strong opinions about what is and isn’t possible. I choose to believe that the human potential is boundless as long as we can perceive it as so. If you feel this is a possibility then lets give it the college try.

To test your progress you will want to set up a ‘psi wheel’. You need to fold up a square bit of paper or foil and place it on top of a pointy object with a flat bottom. The objective in this trial is to spin the foil or paper with ONLY your mind. A toothpick or paperclip shoved into an eraser seems to be a favorite to set the folded material on.

Once you’ve set it up, hunt for cracks in windows and doors. You don’t want to accidentally cheat yourself with a random gust of wind.

Practice makes perfect

These tips are guides only. They can be done in any repetition you feel productive and in any order.

Meditate

Meditation makes sense to bring focus to your mind and balance your shifting attentions. You will need 110% of your concentration so start the process now and for as long as you can. Take breaks but nothing beyond 5 minutes.

Believe and visualizeshutterstock_198915077

Believe in your potential and visualize what your trying to do.

As the process falls apart in your head just reestablish your intention and start over.

You need to have faith in what you’re doing and be able to visualize the process from when you set your intention to when you move the wheel.

Form an energy ball

As you breathe you collect energy from the air, and you can pull energy from many sources; the sun, the planet, other humans, chakras, plants and mental formations in your head. The list is endless. Pull on everything you can and contain that energy between your palms. The focus here is on containment, expansion, contraction and if you can spin the ‘ball’ in different ways.

Be Positive

You aren’t likely to get this your first few times. Stay positive and nurture your negative energies. Love and positivity have the most powerful influence. Also if you should unconsciously release energy into your neighborhood shouldn’t it be positive?

Record Your Progress

This is very personal and any scrap of information may help you fit it all together.

It is important for you to spot what isn’t working. a practise of you may make you feel amazing but be ineffective to the end goal of controlling

This 8 Year Old Prodigy Explains How He Uses Crystals to Transmute Dark Energy

Every generation needs to project onto the younger crowds or at least criticize them into being strong. Every so often kids come along that shut the booing masses down and reminds us that that the newer generation is more informed than we are. Adam is 8 years old and excited to share his newest crystal grid with the internet. He debuts a configuration he dubs a ‘web grid’ designed to transform dark energies into light.

It’s crucial to remember that this came along because of his first hand experiences with a well developed collection of the metaphysical stones. Adam spent ten minutes building this network of Amethyst, Apophyllite, Celestial Smoky Quartz, Clear Quartz points, several Lemurian Seed Crystals, and Vogels.

Watching this reminds me of my little brother explaining the theoretical and non moving Rube Goldberg devices he would fashion out of legos. The confidence in both of their intuitive reasonings is well placed and lovely to see unfold. There is some hiccups in the explanation but I’d venture to ask you doesn’t get lost talking about existential energies or consciousness. He is very specific about the alignment, even getting into the best charging, focusing and energy unleash points.

He literally holds the crystals to his ear to figure out where they go within the network. His confidence and willingness to look into the unseen is remarkable for anyone but especially an 8 year old. He also advertises for custom crystal set ups and consultations. I’d love to see his reasoning for certain configurations if all he is listening to is the stones.

5 Ways To Get High Naturally Without Drugs

Everyone enjoys that ‘cloud nine’ feeling but do we have to resort to external chemical aids to achieve that feeling? I’ve got great news, answer is a resounding no! Any external intoxicant effects a handful of major chemicals that are mood markers for humans. These would include Dopamine, Serotonin, Endorphins and their many derivatives. Through out your life they are in constant flux depending on what your doing, eating or spending your energy. Here are some ways to get the most umph out of really fun practices.

Meditate

The meditative high is no joke, you will walk away from your practice with whatever you need. I started my practise as a matter of understanding and nurturing my darker side. As my practise grew, I started to practise just for the fun of it. This is Where I recommend beginners start their practise. Just sit and pay attention to what’s going on in between your ears. Have fun with it and experiment a little. There are so many templates it can be a little dizzying but as long as there is a central and consistent theme your very likely on the right path.

The greatest part of this habitual ‘use’ is there are no downsides. I promise you will get back ten fold whatever you put in, and you can put whatever you want i. Personally crafted high that provides medical benefits. There are a slew of benefits spread across the internet but here is a list, if a free high isn’t enough.

Ecstatic dance

There is something beautiful and unique about dancing to music that you love. The way you dance and what you dance to has a direct influence to the degree of consciousness you reach. The music moves you spiritually, distracting you mentally while your body works those endorphins up into a fury. The sum of these actions creates a positive sense of self that will stick with you at least a day or so. A few calories for a couple of good feeling days? Worth it in my book.

Yoga

This option is my favorite and I try to do it everyday. Your body feels vibrant and you have a glow to you that others will notice for a while. Reconnecting with your body will help you diagnose other ways you might want to treat yourself with natural highs. I have personally seen more people’s attitudes and lifestyles change dramatically, for the better after even just 3 yoga sessions. I recommend a heated class for a ‘great body high’. But if you’ve never done on before start with a basic Vinyasa class, as the heated class are intense and injuries happen. For those searching for a spiritual experience or mental buzz a Kundalini would be right up your alley. There are times I feel I need to scoop myself back into my body afterward!

Mindful breathing

This one is kind of like my cigarette without smoking. I use it anytime I’m frustrated or overstimulated. Count your inward breaths to ten. Start working again continuing to breathe again to ten before you release your breath. While your breathing your mind will call attention to what is bothering or too up your face. It’s vital you smile to it inwardly and release it with your next deep exhale. This is far more effective than smoking for stress management and won’t give you cancer!

Conscious Love Making

Sex is great but if you’re looking for more than a work out take your time and show your love! Besides a myriad of chemicals that feel awesome in your body, your spirit is being nurtured and your mind is focused. What will set this apart is the intention you set and the way you can non verbally communicate a deep seated love to your partner.

The Greatest Spiritual Awakening You Can Have In Your Life

The transition between the Solar Plexus and the Heart is one of the biggest leaps in consciousness that anyone can make in their lifetime. It is the transition between an individual awareness of self, and the awareness of you as a part of a much larger organism.

Many of us can have this experience as children, but the truth is it happens differently for everyone, for some it may come at the very end of your life, and for others, at the very beginning.

If you think about the way in which we experience reality, it most certainly appears as though everyone has their own personal lens through which they can observe reality around them

As we look deeper into the nature of our own ‘personal reality lens’, we see that this lens is colored by many other lenses that are the closest to you personally. Meaning, if you grow up in a family of 4, your own view of the world, your lens, will be colored by the shared experiences that you had with 3 other close people to you.

It is a mental, emotional, and spiritual reflection. Your not PHYSICALLY looking through the eyeballs of your brother, but you are still feeling them emotionally, seeing them in your mind, and connecting with them spiritually, in the realm where all things are One.

Once we grow up, and leave home to adventure and see the world, our view of the world changes with it, because our own personal lens is now taking in the data from many more lenses and viewpoints than it had before, and we change who we are.

The spiritual path is the one of the learner. When we recognize that we can learn from everyone, reality opens up and becomes bigger. There are more possibilities, more connections to be made, and you realize that you can do far more than you ever previously thought you could. This is living in the question, like from this video here.

It is in this way, that we begin to learn to see with clarity through the minds eye. We can see the collective mind, begin to understand why people act the way that they do, and begin to learn to communicate in a way that uplifts those around you constantly.

This really comes down to the core point that i’d like to discuss in this article, and that is of course, being a good person.

How does one “be a good person?” you might ask? Well, lets look up the origins of the word, and see what we get.

good (adj.)

Old English god (with a long “o”) “excellent, fine; valuable; desirable, favorable, beneficial; full, entire, complete;” of abstractions, actions, etc., “beneficial, effective; righteous, pious;” of persons or souls, “righteous, pious, virtuous;” probably originally “having the right or desirable quality,”

Did you catch that?

The origin of “Good” was god with a long ‘o’.

Spiritual striving to be valuable, favorable, beneficial, whole, effective, righteous —> These are what break down the boundaries between all people. Regardless of gender, regardless of class, race, belief system. If you act in a way that is in harmony with the world around you, and strive to bring virtue to those around you, you will be virtuous, and will ultimately be “a good person.

If everyone woke up tomorrow and acted that way, it wouldn’t take more than a couple of days for all of us to create a new way of life together, one of collaboration, and celebration.

Peace to you and yours,
Jordan

5 Ways To Focus When You’re Having Trouble Meditating

Distractions are everywhere these days, and nowhere is this more noticeable than when you take time aside for your daily meditation. Even if your smart phone fails to distract you with an unnecessary notification, its presence alone can fill space in the corner of your mind.

If you are having trouble getting into a meditative vibe, here are some ways to regain the focus which is crucial to your practice.

Focus On Where You Are Successful

If we set aside 15 minutes for meditation, and our minds spend half of it wandering around, it’s easy to label that as a failure in our practice. Instead, we should label it as a success.

After all, success is not derived from perfection. What was your intention for that time period? To meditate? Did you meditate? In this scenario, you achieved meditative state for 7-8 minutes. Experts say that benefits can be seen from just a few minutes of meditation, so we’ll call that a win!

A string of successes, to your mind, will yield a better overall practice. Don’t be so hard on yourself if you can’t reach your goal every time.

Meditate Throughout Your Day

Meditation is not limited to sitting cross legged with your eyes closed. Anyone experienced in the art of meditation will tell you that the state can be achieved anytime throughout your day. All it takes is a focus on the perfection of existence.

There is beauty to be found in all moments of life. While it can be difficult to find perspective in the face of a long workday or unruly child, for example, a key to daily meditation is to find the evidence for the astounding miracle of life in places you don’t normally seek it.

Realize That Meditation Is Personal

This is an extension of the above example. Not everyone will find it easy to focus when sitting cross-legged. Not everyone will be able to find the necessary focus while repeating mantras. Calming, new age music will not help the trance along for everyone.

When you decide that you’re going to have a meditation practice, it’s important to experiment. After all, you are a unique individual and what works for someone you derive inspiration from will not necessarily work for you. There are infinite ways to meditate. Find one that makes you comfortable, and allows you the all-important focus that will yield a successful practice.

Set Aside Physical Space

While it’s true that meditation can happen anywhere and anytime, to inspire a regular practice, it is always a good idea to set aside a space that is ‘for meditation.’ It can be anywhere, as long as it is consistent.

That consistency will allow your mind to focus, because of its familiarity with the space. It will unconsciously say: “This is where I meditate,” and half the battle for focus will be over.

Have Gratitude

Gratitude can bring on a feeling of contentment that is so important for putting yourself in a mental state which is ready for meditation. Similar to a religious prayer, listing things for which you are grateful can open up the channel to god – which in this case is you!

So when in your meditation zone, in whatever physical state is comfortable, take some time before the meditative process begins to give thanks for a few things in this life. This will help you find a state in which meditative focus will come more easily!

5 Ways to Use The Law of Attraction To Manifest Abundance in Your Life

The Law of Attraction has something to say about karma: that is, we get what we give. When we are negative or ego-driven, our life will be a reflection of that: unhappy, unfulfilled, and unwell. On the other hand, positivity will breed joy, satisfaction, and physical and mental well-being.

Sometimes in life, we complain that things are not going our way, but at the same time we are sending out intentions that are negative. Instead of doing what we can to get what we want out of life, we are unintentionally sabotaging ourselves. Instead of positively promoting and asking for what would make our lives perfect, we tell the universe that we want negativity through our negativity. It’s an endless cycle, and today we’d like to explore some ways to end it.

Don’t Worry About Moneywomen-worry-101217-02

Often, our worry about personal finances comes from a place of fear.

When we are stingy with our resources, we are promoting scarcity rather than abundance.

Instead, come from a place of having plenty, because you have plenty! The universe will then reward you with the abundance of which you are deserving.

Open Yourself To Love

Sometimes, when good things happen to us, we are humble to the extent of almost feeling like we don’t deserve the good things. It’s not that humility is necessarily a bad thing, but when it turns into a feeling that you are undeserving of the awesome things that life has in store for you, the universe will respond by withholding them. Nowhere is this more important than having love in your life. All are deserving of love, and when it happens, dive in head first!

Fear Not, Doubt Not

first-love-cameron-gray-Fear of failure can be the biggest driver of inaction.

Doubt is usually close behind. Instead, to have purpose and intention in life, we need to do.

We can’t fear the result, because that will promote a never ending cycle of having anxiety, then feeding that anxiety, and back again.

Act, and know that you will succeed.

You Have Time

By stating that there’s not enough time to accomplish what you want to accomplish, you’ve already set yourself up for failure. Instead of what we feel like we don’t have, focus on what we do have. Live in the moment. If time is limited and you’re feeling a deadline, then build yourself up with an ‘I Can,’ instead of using excuses.

Accept What Isself-love-woman

Most of all, don’t be disappointed in results.

No one likes to lose, and you shouldn’t think of yourself as a loser when results fail to live up to expectations.

Never seek the approval of others, but rather, seek the approval of yourself.

Grant yourself the status of a ‘winner,’ rather than the alternative.
